With a panel made up of internal communication directors from every sector, the competition is stiff. We are thrilled to announce that PANDORA have been shortlisted in two categories:
With more than 18,000 employees in 50 countries, communication was a big challenge in 2015 for PANDORA with siloed tools and no platform to support global communication and collaboration. We worked with the team to create a unified digital workplace on top of Microsoft Office 365 to underpin the business, easily enabling knowledge flow and empowering people to collaborate and share best practices across teams and locations like never before.
Best international campaign
Accompanying the new intranet solution was a large-scale, global internal communications campaign to engage users from across the business. The aim of this campaign was to help PANDORA’s diverse users understand the new benefits of the solution, train them in the new functionality and get them excited about the launch. This international campaigned involved the intranet team travelling the world to various sites including Thailand, Hong Kong, the USA and the UK ensuring that every team experienced the same level of induction to the new system that the Head Office team in Denmark received.
