Every year UX experts at the Nielsen Norman Group select ten enterprise intranets to feature in their coveted Intranet Design Annual. They look for platforms with strategic design, compelling return on investment, and that demonstrate best-in-class accessibility and usability practices.

For the 9th year in a row, Unily employee experience platforms will appear in the annual. iRobot, a global consumer robot company known for products such as the Roomba® robot vacuum and Braava®, will appear alongside technology firms including ServiceNow despite having the second smallest core intranet team of all entrants, proving that small teams can make a big impact with the right product and strategy.

The winning intranets are chosen by UX experts from an anonymized list of entries and are selected based on design and usability measures. Inside iRobot’s award-winning intranet
