It includes core capabilities (Indi: EX Agent, communications, AI media, video, email, profiles, communities, search, knowledge bases, integrations, analytics, and more), standard deployments (production site, staging site, employee app, Cloudflare WAF), and compliance standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2, GDPR, HIPAA).

Add-Ons let you enhance the Base Package with capabilities and services tailored to specific use cases, such as increasing productivity or enabling hyper-personalization at scale. They're optional — the Base Package works as a complete platform on its own — and are typically added when a team needs something like Campaigns, Journeys, Platform Extensibility, Chat, or Unily Glass, Unily's AI conversational interface.
