3 days to ignite your imagination

Day 1, Sep 21

Day 1 of Unite 21, "Inspire", is all about gaining a vision of the future of work. As technology continues to shape the employee experience, we'll hear insightful talks on everything from modern communication and gender equality to product ownership and development. Day 1 will arm attendees with the knowledge they need to take the next trends, technology, and topics of the future in stride.

Start day 1 with high-intensity cardio yoga with Sky Ting live from New York. Louis Theroux kicks off day 1 sessions as he explores Human connection in the digital era and gives his take on internal communications. Ping Chao - Head of Product, People Experience Platform at Johnson & Johnson takes us on a journey into the future by discovering how the world’s largest and most broadly-based healthcare company is shaping the future of work for 150k+ employees based across 90+ countries with an employee experience platform that unites people, tools and knowledge in one place.

Day 2, Sep 22

Unite 21 day 2 leads with the theme "Engage". A packed schedule of keynotes, roundtables, and panel Q&As will leave you with the tools and expertise to engage employees with meaningful experiences. Ask internal communications experts your trickiest burning questions, learn how to connect frontline and HQ with a progressive culture, drive adoption with data-driven decisions, and get an exclusive glimpse of the cogs behind the magic of a next-generation intranet – Day 2 has something for everyone.

Start day 2 by taking your fitness to the next level with high-intensity interval training live from London. Fearne Cotton will then lead us into day 2 with her keynote, Fearne's happy workplace, offering wisdom and insight on achieving happiness, balance, and wellness in the modern world of work. Day 2 will also include a session from Crayola on Re-imagining the employee experience and our unmissable keynote with Tan France on diversity and inclusion: The power of difference.

Day 3, Sep 23

On the third and final day of Unite 21, we're taking a "Deep Dive" into the finer details of the future of the employee experience. Will Saville, Unily's CEO, will kickstart day 3 before leading into panels, roundtables, and talks from Fortune 500 enterprises that offer first-hand advice and examples of employee experience success.

At day 3 of Unite, we unveil the future of Unily and host two panel sessions including our Future of intranets session with analysts from: Forrester, Digital Workplace Group, and Clearbox. As we call a close to this year's conference, we'll announce the winners of the Unite 21 Awards and invite our audience to vote on the People's Choice Award for the Best Homepage of three leading enterprises.
