5 reasons you need to attend Unite 24

Calling employee experience leaders worldwide! Unite 24 is officially open for registration. You already know it’s the #1 employee experience conference attended by the world’s leading enterprises, but what's in it for you this year? Discover why EX leaders are flocking to London this October 15-16.

Unite 24: The future is here

Now in its fifth year, Unite is the original employee experience conference that just keeps getting better. We’ve hosted huge speakers from Stephen Fry to Seth Godin and gone behind the scenes with leading enterprises, including Johnson & Johnson, Estee Lauder Companies, Prudential, and Mars, to learn how they’re leading the employee experience revolution. Unite is the place where great ideas are born, and this year, we’re back with a bold agenda you don’t want to miss.

"I’ve been to loads of conferences and industry events over the years and this was easily the best-run event I’ve ever attended. It was evident that the event team had thought through the attendee experience really well. That was clear in all clever little touches and details throughout the event. If you’ve designed and run events yourself, as I have, you notice these things. I also noticed how easy everything appeared – the event was seamless and everything flowed together really well, which is the hallmark of a well-prepared and well-rehearsed team. Damn I was impressed."

What’s in store at Unite 24?

There’s a reason 75% of the Fortune 500 come to Unite. It’s the only employee experience conference with content specifically geared to solve enterprise-level employee experience challenges. This year’s agenda is packed with inspiring keynotes, hands-on workshops, and deep dives into how leading enterprises are levelling up employee experience. We’ll be hearing from the likes of National Grid, Zeiss, Mitie, Pearson, British Airways, Amdocs, and so many more.

As well as countless opportunities to learn, network, and get inspired, we’ve also got some iconic entertainment planned. We’ll be kicking off both days with a workout with a twist. On Day 1, attendees are invited to enter the ring at a fight club meets night club boxing class. Day 2 will take a different route, with a soul flow yoga and breathwork class designed to clear your mind before you start your day.

And, of course, no conference is complete without a high-energy wrap party. We’ll be saying sayonara from one of London's hottest up-and-coming venues, Los Mochis. Offering a unique blend of Japanese and Mexican cuisine and decor, expect a night full of unexpected surprises against the backdrop of one of London’s most enviable views.

"There’s an energy here around employee engagement that you cannot bottle."

Everyone that takes the stage delivers unique content curated specifically for our audience, which means if it happens at Unite, it’s never happening anywhere else, ever again.

Welcoming Emma Grede to the Unite 24 stage

This year, we’re thrilled to have announced Emma Grede, the multihyphenate mogul behind Kardashian brands SKIMS, Good American, and Safely, as our first keynote speaker. She’s not just a marketing mastermind known for building some of the most disruptive brands of the decade, she’s also America’s richest self-made woman as named by Forbes and the first black female investor to feature on Shark Tank and Dragon’s Den.

She’s going to be joining us to share everything she knows about engaging a global audience and crafting a message that cuts through the noise. We’ll also be discussing how to leverage the power of purpose to rally people behind a compelling vision, how to activate employees as powerful brand ambassadors, and what it takes to create a high-performance organizational culture that gives everyone a reason to believe.

And that’s not all. As always, we’ll be announcing another keynote speaker in the not-so-distant future. Stay tuned.
