Chief Executive Officer
Lokdeep Singh has more than 20 years' experience leading high-growth enterprise software companies. Most recently, as Senior Advisor at Providence Equity Partners, where he supported portfolio companies on AI strategy, operational excellence, and go-to-market acceleration. Prior to that he was CEO of Talkwalker, a global leader in enterprise consumer intelligence, where he led the transformation to achieve sustainable, profitable growth; and at Synchronoss Technologies as General Manager.
Jenny Shiers
Chief People Officer
Jenny has deep experience in developing and executing innovative people strategies, driving cultural transformation and high performance in organisations to deliver impactful business outcomes. She joined Unily in 2023, having spent 12 years at Salesforce, most recently as VP, Employee Success EMEA. She is passionate about building world-class teams and believes that enhancing employee experience and engagement provides the competitive advantage to any business. Previously, she worked as an employment lawyer in City law firms.
Sam Hassani
Chief Product and Technology Officer
Sam played a founding role in the birth of Unily after joining the company in 2013 from Microsoft, where he was part of the SharePoint revolution. Leveraging 18+ years of experience driving innovative technology strategies, Sam now presides over Unily’s market-leading product roadmap. Sam's vision for the future revolves around leveraging technology to enable human potential. Under his leadership, Unily is poised to deliver transformative experiences that enhance the working lives of millions of employees around the world.
Katy Hiller
Chief Marketing Officer
Katy Hiller has over 18 years’ experience in B2B Marketing. She specializes in building global marketing functions to drive high-growth technology organizations. Before Unily, she served as CMO at Sonatype, a cyber-security and developer productivity firm, and played a pivotal role in the company achieving ARR triple-digit growth. Prior to Sonatype, Katy has been responsible for International Marketing functions, through mergers and acquisitions, within the DevOps and FinTech industries.
Mark Chambers
Chief Commercial Officer
Mark brings over 25 years of enterprise software leadership experience, with a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth across global markets. Most recently, as Managing Director of Accountancy at IRIS Software Group, he led strategic growth initiatives with a focus on delivering value to customers. Prior to that, he spent 17 years at Aptean, progressing through various leadership roles and ultimately serving as VP of International Sales, where he led teams across Europe, the Americas, and APAC to consistently drive value for customers and the business fostering a culture of individual accountability and collective success.
Ariane Danut
Senior Vice President of Professional Services
Ariane is a seasoned results-oriented Professional Services leader with a passion for Customer Experience. She specializes in driving growth and operational excellence in global services and customer success. Before Unily, Ariane spent over a decade at Yext in a variety of client-facing roles across CS, Support and finally as VP of Professional Services. Her expertise lies in client management, financial performance management, GTM strategy, and cross-functional partnership. With a passion for continuous improvement, her goal is to foster innovation and develop scalable solutions to achieve greater organizational velocity for both her team and Unily's customers.
Mandip Sidhu
Chief Financial Officer
Mandip brings 20+ years’ experience in finance with a focus on SaaS. Most recently, Mandip was Chief Financial Officer of Solifi (a fintech company), where he led a team that covered finance, tax, legal and M&A. Prior to Solifi, he was Head of M&A at Temenos, a Swiss-listed software company which delivers next-generation SaaS solutions to leading financial institutions globally.
Renaud Vialle
Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Renaud leads Strategic Initiatives at Unily, driving transformation programs that accelerate growth, enhance customer value, and scale operations. A visionary and hands-on leader, he specializes in building high-performing, customer-centric organizations and delivering measurable business impact. Prior to Unily, Renaud was Chief Product & Technology Officer at Talkwalker, where he led global Product, R&D, and Support teams, scaled AI innovation, and supported the company’s acquisition by Hootsuite.
