The new intranet will serve as the go-to destination for shared resources that support AND-E’s ongoing expansion.
Unily to transform the employee experience for European insurance company
Unily is proud to announce a partnership with AND-E to launch an employee experience platform that will transform connectivity at the European enterprise.
AND-E is a group of companies with a principal focus on providing auto-centric insurance and protection products. The company operates out of offices in UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Belgium, with strategic partnerships in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Portugal and Estonia.
With plans for expansion, the company required a central hub to connect and unite dispersed employees, promoting productivity, collaboration, and engagement across the workforce. The new platform would also come to play an unanticipated, but integral role in supporting the smooth transition to remote work.

Debuting Mia and supporting business continuity throughout COVID-19
The enterprise's solution - referred to as 'Mia' - was launched to employees as the mass-transition to remote work began.
With much of AND-E’s staff continuing to work remotely, Mia will play a vital role by serving as a community hub that cultivates connection, even from afar. The platform includes advanced social networking functionality, a user profile directory, and an emphasis on theming and brand imagery for an authentic feel.
The solution will support the company is aligning an even more dispersed workforce against three growth objectives: customer satisfaction, market recognition, and shareholder return.
