Unily's Mobile App propels engagement and alignment for 10,000+ David Lloyd Clubs’ employees
'DLConnect’ is David Lloyd Clubs’ latest mobile-first communication hub that serves its global workforce of 10,000+, spread across 133 clubs in nine countries. Powered by Unily, the application provides its team members with critical communications and culture-building initiatives. Through its multi-lingual features, the platform ensures a positive working environment for all internationally based team members, fostering growth, development, and ‘connectedness’.
David Lloyd Clubs, Europe’s leading health, fitness and wellness group has teamed up with Unily to create a mobile-first platform that improves internal communications and fosters a culture of ‘connectedness’ and sense of community for its 10,000+ strong diverse global staff, 90% of which are frontline workers.

The new 'DLConnect' app, due to go live this summer, will be a great asset to its team members who are primarily based in its Clubs and are deskless. ‘DLConnect’ comes with a whole host of features, including support for native iOS and Android, push notifications, in-app user customization, social media features (likes, comments, forms, polls, and quizzes), offline reading capabilities, ideation portals, in-app repository search, and integrations with other critical business applications and systems that prevent context switching, transforming the application into an employee ‘superapp’.
