Unily web forms are here! Here's why you should care...

Brand new Unily Web Form functionality is here! Find out how this new feature will help to drive adoption of your intranet.

Normally, we wouldn't get excited about creating and filling out forms, but times have changed. As we announce the addition of Web Forms to the Unily product, collecting and compiling any information you need in a standardized format has just become incredibly easy, and yes, fun!

We wanted to breakdown some of the biggest benefits of the new Web Form functionality for your core user groups.

For the End-User: Hassle Free and Time Saving

From an end-user perspective, web forms are a huge time saver.  Often, companies will post PDF forms on their intranet for users to complete.  That is a step in the right direction, allowing for centralized access and version control, but the forms still need to be printed, filled out and resubmitted which can be time confusing and lead to varying compliance.  With Unily Web Forms, you simply fill out the form online and with the press of a button, the completed form information goes directly back to the intended recipient. This means that not only does the person filling out the form save time, so does the recipient who can view the incoming forms in a single place without having to check email, hard mail, or fax submissions. Unily Web Forms are also completely mobile responsive and available on the Unily Mobile App, ensuring that every employee has a great form experience, no matter what device they're using.

For the Intranet Stakeholder: Increased Adoption and Cost Saving

Everyone who is involved in the success of their company’s intranet is deeply invested in its adoption.  Stakeholders want to do everything they can to make certain their intranet is highly utilized. Unily Web Forms can help ensure this goal across all departments as it's a simple and effective way of adding interactivity. As part of the evergreen nature of our Unily platform, Web Forms are provided to our customers with no additional fees.

For the Form Creator: Interactive and Flexible

Unily Web Forms are designed to be flexible.  Form templates can be easily created from within the Content Management System using a friendly and intuitive selector that includes date fields, text fields, text boxes, radio dials, check lists – just about every feature you could imagine to make your form not only functional, but engaging. Single page and multi-page forms are supported. Beyond that, you can also easily create email based workflows once forms have been submitted or approved. All form submissions can be viewed within the CMS in a single place, meaning no more time wasted gathering form fill-ins.

Think of the possibilities:

  • HR forms
  • Compliance forms
  • Adoption surveys
  • Event sign-ups
  • News subscription
  • Content submissions
  • So much more!

We'd love to show you more of Unily's new Web Form functionality. Stay tuned for a video blog giving you more info or get in touch to arrange a demo. If you're a current customer, you can get more information on how Web Forms could work for you from your Customer Success Manager.
