Unily continues to blossom with Spring 2015 updates

We talk a lot about the importance of how our Unily intranet platform is evergreen and continues to appreciate rather than depreciate over time. With that in mind, we are thrilled to announce all the latest and greatest features of our spring update!

Brand new User Experiences

You don’t have to go any further than the home page to instantly realize the amazing new user interface and reimagined user experience. When we decide to make this kind of change we rely not only on our aesthetic values, but also on our extensive knowledge of digital experiences as a whole. Your employees’ expectations of what they see and how they interact with data are based not only on the work they do within the organization, but also their consumer experiences outside of work. Our new user experiences have been significantly redesigned to keep the platform on the cutting edge and in-line with these ever changing expectations. Our approach to customer success, effective communication and intuitive technology means that your users can immediately begin enjoying the new look and feel of their Unily intranet with virtually no learning curve.

Homepage transformed by new dynamic Smart Feed

A valuable favorite feature of the Unily platform among our clients is the ability to easily surface news on the intranet home page for rapid organization wide information sharing. We know you’ll be excited to see that we’ve made this feature better than ever before. The news feed is now a dynamic smart feed, which can not only surface a broader variety of content such as, company announcements, featured apps, employee insights and videos, but can also deliver target content based upon user preferences. The content you want your employees to see, and the content they want to see, will remain front and center on their homepage.

Customizable homepage widgets

Further increasing your ability to define what appears on your home page, we’ve added customizable widgets allowing each Unily client to adjust their home page to meet their individual needs.

New platform functionality, improvements and integrations:

  • Even simpler content publishing and sharing through the enhanced CMS experience
  • Broader capabilities around predictive search for colleagues and content
  • Vastly improved performance with a newly implemented caching engine and single page architecture
  • Deeper Yammer and OneDrive Pro integration
  • All new functionality on the horizon as the Unily platform is now Delve and Skype for Business ready

We are so excited to rollout our new release. These upgrades are in direct response to our own rolling roadmap and our highly valued customer input. Thank you for being great partners and we hope you enjoy using Unily as much as we have a passion for building it!
