Whether you’ve recently launched your platform, undergone a revamp, or pulled off a successful employee engagement campaign that you’re proud of – we want to know! The Unite 25 awards are a chance to show off your work and gain both peer and industry recognition.
Each category is evaluated by our panel of expert judges, with the winners unveiled during the closing session of the Unite 25 conference.
How to enter
It’s easy!
- Check out the categories below and download the entry form – you can enter as many as you like.
- Fill out the form – the wordcount is a guideline, but as long as you include sufficient information, brevity is best.
- Email the completed form, along with any supporting screenshots/evidence to uniteawards@unily.com, copying in your CSM
The deadline for all entries is September 5th. Winners will be announced live at Unite 25 during the closing session on October 8th.

Do you have an example of how your platform has been used to enable better customer service? Have you been able to instil brand pride and drive employee advocacy? Are your people better informed and better equipped to serve your customers because of your platform? Culture Impact
Are you using your Employee Experience Platform to champion DEI, promote employee wellbeing, or enhance employee voices? Maybe you’re using employee recognition in a novel way? We want to know how you’re using Unily to celebrate your culture and nurture community!
Best Platform Design (Live Vote)
Intranet design is a science and an art. We want to know how you’ve crafted pages and sites that are as functional and tactical as they are aesthetically exciting. Have you redesigned your platform based on employee feedback or data insights? Have you leveraged widgets to surface content in intelligent and interesting ways? We’re looking for strategic designs that make an impact!
Once again, we’ll be selecting enterprise and SMB winners for each category. If your enterprise has 10k employees or less, you’ll be considered for the SMB category unless otherwise indicated. The Best Platform Design award will only have one winner.
