Sustainability

At Unily, we see sustainability as a core driver of value creation. Whether it's our people, our clients, or the planet, a sustainability lens unlocks new ways to innovate, differentiate, and drive value. By embedding sustainability into how we operate, lead, and think, we strengthen resilience, capture efficiency, build trust with stakeholders, and identify new sources of revenue. The world has changed, and our sustainability strategy is built to ensure we are future ready.

Unily Sustainability Report

We continue to embed sustainability into the fabric of our organization as a driver of long-term value. Our 2025 Sustainability Report tells the story of how. Split across key areas such as the Environment, Our People, Governance, and Community Impact, the report brings together insights from across the business to demonstrate the actions we are taking to strengthen resilience, support our clients to achieve their sustainability ambitions, and create lasting value for our people and the wider ecosystem. Recognizing sustainability as an ongoing journey, we also highlight the challenges we face and the ambitions shaping our next phase.

EcoVadis

We are proud to have achieved a Bronze EcoVadis Medal for 2025. EcoVadis is a globally recognized sustainability ratings platform that evaluates how well organizations integrate sustainability principles and adhere to environmental and social standards. The assessment focuses on four key themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Our overall score places us in the top 35% of companies assessed by EcoVadis globally.

For three consecutive years we achieved a Silver EcoVadis medal, and it is disappointing to be downgraded to a Bronze in 2025. Though this reflects a shift on how EcoVadis ranks companies rather than our own performance, we recognise it as an opportunity to reassess and strengthen our sustainability strategy in 2025/2026. In a constantly evolving sustainability landscape we see it as vital that businesses continue to learn, improve, and adapt to best practices.

Treloars Partnership

We’re continuing to partner with Treloar’s School and College, which has over 100 years’ experience supporting young people with disabilities through specialist education and therapy. Unily employees have volunteered at Treloar's for the past several years, helping with anything from gardening to car washing or fundraising, while Treloar's students have visited our offices to undertake an accessibility assessment. We continue to build on our relationship as we look to support Treloar's students graduate into meaningful careers.

We’re building a long-term partnership that advances disability inclusion and unlocks talent. We hope this is a clear reflection of Unily’s commitment to empowerment and responsible business.
