What can I expect at Unite 24?
Unite brings the best keynote speakers together under one roof, offering fresh insights you can't get elsewhere. With three tracks focused on different elements of employee experience excellence, Unite is filled with hands-on opportunities to expand your knowledge and learn new skills. Case study deep dives, roundtables, and workshops allow you to spend time problem-solving, ideating, and building towards your own employee experience goals.
Will Unite 24 sessions be recorded? When are recordings available?
All sessions will be recorded and available to watch on-demand for all registered attendees. Tune in live online or catch up with sessions you missed available 30 days post-event.
Will the slides be shared?
Presentation slides are typically not shared post event. Please refer to the on-demand recording, or email unite@unily.com to make a request.

Where will the event take place?
Unite 24 is being held at Convene, 22 Bishopsgate in London. We recommend using public transportation or your preferred rideshare service to get there. Convene is a 20-minute direct walk from One Hundred Shoreditch hotel, 16-minute walk from Buckle Street Studios hotel, 7-minute walk from KOBOX boxing class, and a 22-minute walk from Soul Flow Yoga.

What is included in my pass?
In-person passes include access to all sessions. Breakfast and lunch are provided on both days, in addition to coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event. Travel and accommodation are not included. Please refer to the pricing matrix at the top of this page for a complete breakdown.
When does the in-person conference begin and end?
Conference doors open on both Tuesday, October 15th and Wednesday, October 16th at 8 AM BST, with our first session beginning at 10:00 AM BST (we recommend arriving early to get a good seat!). The conference will wrap up on Wednesday, October 16th at 6 PM BST, followed by our After Party.
How do I access the venue and check in?
For FastTrack access on both days, please scan your QR code at the security barriers to access the lifts to the third floor, where you’ll be welcomed by our Unite 24 registration team. If you’re having trouble locating your QR code, you can simply give your full name and show photographic ID to the security team located in the lobby.
Do I need to check in at registration for both days?
Attendees are only required to check in on Day 1 when you will receive a badge for the event. Please ensure you always wear your badge when onsite. Anyone without a badge on Day 2 will be required to check in again. You are also required to wear your badge for FastTrack admission to all offsite activities.
Can I work onsite?
Yes, there are booths, tables, and additional spaces around the venue to work from. There are also quiet meeting pods available on a first-come, first-serve basis throughout the day. Charging points and additional charging towers will also be located around the venue. Please note, Unily is not responsible for these belongings and any devices are left at their own risk.
Is there a maximum capacity for each session?
While we try to ensure every attendee can attend all sessions, rooms do have a capacity limit. All sessions are first come, first serve. If you’re unable to attend a session, you can tune in virtually or catch-up on-demand.
How long are roundtables?
Each roundtable will run for 45 minutes. You can stay for the full duration or drop in for as long as you like.
What are the dietary options available?
All dietary options submitted by each attendee during registration have been catered for and will be clearly labelled onsite.
Will catering be available at the party?
Yes, food and drinks will be served.
What is the easiest way to travel to the party?
Los Mochis is a 7-minute walk from Convene, or a 3-minute drive.

Hotel accommodations
We want to provide our attendees with the best in-person experience possible, so we’ve partnered with local hotels to provide Unite 24 attendees with discounted room rates. All hotels are within walking distance to Convene. Hotel room blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis so we recommend you book early to get the Unite 24 discount!
When does the online conference begin and end?
The online conference will begin on Tuesday, October 15th and Wednesday, October 16th at 2 PM BST and wraps on Tuesday, October 15th at 6:15 PM BST, and Wednesday, October 16th at 6 PM BST.
How do I join with an online ticket?
Access the online experience using the link that was sent to you in your confirmation email. While only select sessions are streaming live, every session will be available to watch on-demand as soon as possible. View the online agenda to see what sessions will be shown live.
How can I ensure the best viewing experience?
