No. Customer data processed through Unily Glass is not used to train AI models. Unily Glass uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI as part of its enterprise AI stack. OpenAI does not get access to customer data processed through Azure OpenAI, and that data is encrypted in transit and at rest. For enterprise users, Unily Glass is often evaluated as a governed AI capability rather than an open-ended consumer AI tool.
