Rachel is a Senior Product Manager in the People and Communities team at Unily, currently focused on Social, Targeting and Personalization, and most recently the launch of the new Communities experience. She previously worked in Communications, where she shaped functionality such as Journeys, Broadcast Center and Notifications.    

Rachel is particularly focused on understanding why people behave the way they do inside digital workplaces, and using that insight to design clearer, more meaningful, and frictionless experiences.
