EX Forum: Unlocking the Business Value of AI for Employee Experience | Amsterdam

AI isn't coming to the digital workplace, it's already here. Join fellow leaders from ASML Holdings and digital workplace and communications consultancy Lithos Partners, for an exclusive half-day forum. You will learn how leading organizations are transitioning to AI-native employee experiences that unlock measurable value – and how they’re quantifying it in terms CFOs care about.

AI is reshaping the digital workplace and most EX-teams are stuck defending their budgets with adoption dashboards. Leaders want proof that AI and EX investments are improving productivity and engagement, not just adding to an already bloated tech stack.

Hear directly from the ASML team, who will be bringing insights from their Senior Digital Expertise Manager, Communications Expertise Manager, and Front-end Developer, to explain how they evolved a content-heavy intranet into a focused, AI-powered “lighthouse” that connects teams and delivers clear, measurable results.

We will also be putting Lithos Partners' Sharon O'Dea in the "hot-seat", to hear her thoughts on how AI is shaping the employee experience, and how it can actually drive engagement, adoption, and long-term success in internal communications

You’ll leave with new, Employee Experience-leader connections in the Amsterdam area and a clear, actionable playbook to take back to your organization.

What you'll walk away with

  • A reusable Why → How → What framework that connects AI and EX investments directly to business strategy, so your roadmap speaks the language of outcomes, not features
  • A hands-on "Measure What Matters" workbook you can apply in your own org the following week
  • A live look at how leading enterprises are shipping AI-native employee experiences in minutes — not months —to eliminate app-switching, surface knowledge instantly, and give employees one intelligent place to get work done.

Who this is for

Senior leaders in digital workplace, intranet, Employee Experience, HR or IT governance. You're already reporting on adoption and engagement, but when the CFO asks "so what?" you want a better answer.
