EX Forum: Unlocking the Business Value of AI for Employee Experience | Amsterdam

AI is reshaping the digital workplace, but most teams are still struggling to move from hype to hard numbers. Budgets are tighter, expectations are higher, and leaders want proof that AI and EX investments are improving productivity and engagement, not just adding to an already bloated tech stack.

At this EX Forum, you’ll hear first-hand how leading organizations are transitioning to AI-native employee experiences that unlock measurable value – and how they’re quantifying it in terms CFOs actually care about.

What you'll experience

  • See AI in action. Explore how Unily is helping top companies ship securely governed, AI-native employee experiences in minutes, not months, and how Unily Glass uses conversational AI to cut app‑switching, streamline everyday tasks, and give employees one place to retrieve knowledge and execute work across systems.
  • Understand the business case. Discover the new math of employee experience ROI and learn how to move beyond traditional engagement and adoption metrics to real ROI
  • Build a numbers‑first EX story. Connect AI‑enabled EX initiatives directly to business priorities, so your roadmap is anchored in outcomes, not features.

What you'll walk away with

  • A clear view of how AI-powered experiences can drive efficiency, reduce tool sprawl, and improve productivity and engagement across the enterprise
  • A Why → How → What framework for tying AI and EX investments to business strategy and value
  • A fill‑in “Measure What Matters” workbook to apply in your own organization.

Who this is for

Senior leaders responsible for digital workplace, intranet, EX or governance initiatives – especially if you are:

  • Under pressure to prove the impact of AI and EX or secure future investment

  • Reporting adoption and engagement today but struggling to show clear ROI

Sharon O’Dea — Internal Communications & Digital Workplace Strategist and Co-Founder at Lithos Partners

Industry veteran Sharon O’Dea has spent the last two decades advising some of the world’s best-known organisations — from global banks and universities to Magic Circle law firms and central government — on digital workplace strategy, internal communications, and employee experience. She is co-founder of boutique consultancy Lithos Partners, which specializes in digital workplace transformation for complex, regulated industries.

Sharon is the author of Digital Communications at Work: Designing Channels for Employee Engagement and Experience (Kogan Page, 2026), the definitive guide to building internal communications strategies that actually work. She is also one of the team behind the Digital Workplace Experience Study (DWXS) benchmarking tool, and a LinkedIn Top Voice since 2016.

A sought-after speaker and commentator, Sharon brings rare clarity — and occasional well-placed skepticism — to the gap between how organizations think they communicate and what employees actually experience.
