The AI adoption gap is real. From speaking to industry leaders and taking in sessions at recent digital workplace events, the picture is consistent. At Gartner DWS, Gartner Analyst, Craig Roth's session, The Trust Factor: Unlocking Generative AI's Full Potential, made it plain: there is an AI adoption problem. Organizations have been rolling out technology at such speed that there has been no time to test and learn. And without adoption, potential never becomes impact.
The gap between AI possibility and AI impact isn't a technology problem. It's a human problem. Employees aren't using the tools. Leaders can't see the value. And without visibility, it's almost impossible to know where to focus. That's the challenge Unily Glass Analytics is built to solve – Adoption and execution insights for Unily’s conversational execution layer, Unily Glass.
Built with the people who know best
Uniquely, Unily Glass Analytics were not curated in isolation. The dashboard was shaped in close partnership with EX leaders from 40+ Unily customer organizations. These are the people responsible for communicating and rolling out AI, driving adoption, and demonstrating value to their leadership teams. Every visualization, every metric, every filter reflects a real use case from a real organisation facing the same challenges.
The result is an analytics dashboard that doesn't just report on Unily Glass. It helps employee experience leaders understand the gaps and where to bridge them.
Thank you to the Lighthouse customer group for building the future of work with us.
See who's using Unily Glass, and you isn't...yet
Adoption is the gap between possibility and impact. Unily Glass Analytics gives customers the visibility to close it.
The dashboard tracks Conversations Started, showing total volume and unique users, so admins can see how broadly Unily Glass is being embraced across the workforce. As with all Unily analytics, filters enable non-data scientist users to slice and dice data. With filters, admins understand impact across target audience, display language, and organization-specific profile attributes like department or location.
EX leaders can start answering truly impactful questions. Is adoption stronger in one region than another? Are certain departments yet to engage? Which employee segments need targeted communications or training to get started?
Understanding AI adoption is the foundation for smarter comms, focused enablement, and better AI rollout decisions.
Understand how employees are engaging
Beyond who is using Unily Glass, the new dashboard shows you how they're using it.
Conversation Restart Rate surfaces where employees may be hitting friction. Restarting a conversation can signal that Unily Glass isn't landing on the first attempt, pointing to opportunities to improve prompting guidance or refine integrations.
Conversation Length Distribution breaks sessions into bands: 1 to 3 messages, 4 to 6, 7 to 9, and 9 or more. This gives admins a clear picture of whether employees are completing tasks quickly or needing more back and forth to get there.
Average Number of Prompts Before Action shows how many messages it typically takes before an employee completes a task. The fewer the prompts, the more intuitive the experience. This is a direct measure of Unily Glass effectiveness and a useful baseline to use to improve over time.
A line graph of Conversations Started and Restarted Over Time ties it all together, showing momentum, dips, and the impact of any changes made.
Real insights on how users interact with integrations
Unily Glass connects your entire technology stack, and Unily Glass Analytics give admins visibility into how that ecosystem is actually being used.
The Integrations Clicked metrics show total clicks and unique users engaging with each integration. The Integrations Clicked table breaks this down by integration, so admins can see exactly which systems employees are accessing through Unily Glass most frequently.
This data can play a key role in technology ecosystem decisions. Which integrations are underused? Which workflows could be streamlined further? Where could you reduce steps, surface better guidance, or expand what Unily Glass can do? The answers are in the dashboard.
