Unite brings the best keynote speakers together under one roof, offering fresh insights you can't get elsewhere. With three tracks focused on different elements of employee experience excellence, Unite is filled with hands-on opportunities to expand your knowledge and learn new skills. Case study deep dives, roundtables, and workshops allow you to spend time problem solving, ideating, and building towards your own employee experience goals. #### Will Unite 25 sessions be recorded? When are recordings available? All sessions will be recorded and available to watch on-demand for all registered attendees. Tune in live online or catch up with sessions you missed available 30 days post-event. #### Will the slides be shared? Presentation slides are typically not shared post event. Please refer to the on-demand recording, or email unite@unily.com to make a request. #### I have a question that hasn’t been answered in the FAQs. Who do I reach out to? Please email unite@unily.com and the team will respond as soon as possible. #### Where will the event take place? Unite 25 is being held at Conrad Nashville. We recommend using public transportation or your preferred rideshare service to get there. Conrad is located at 1620 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203, approximately 15-minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA). Valet parking is available at the venue for an additional fee. Nearby Parking: - 3-minute walk - Palmer Plaza Garage – 1801 West End Avenue - 11-minute walk - Midtown Parking Garage – 1904 State Street  #### What is included in my pass? In-person passes include access to all sessions. Breakfast and lunch are provided on both days, in addition to coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event. Travel and accommodation are not included. #### When is the deadline for booking a room at the hotel? Hotel bookings deadline is August 29th. Attendees are only required to check in on Day 1 when you will receive a badge for the event. Please ensure you always wear your badge when onsite. Anyone without a badge on Day 2 will be required to check in again. You are also required to wear your badge for FastTrack admission to all offsite activities. #### Can I work onsite? There is a quiet shared space that can be used to catch up on work during the event. Seats are first come, first served. Please note that there are no private work spaces on the event level. However, if you have a critical call during event hours, you may choose to pop into your hotel room at Conrad. #### Is there a maximum capacity for each session? While we try to ensure every attendee can attend all sessions, rooms do have a capacity limit. All sessions are first come, first served. If you’re unable to attend a session, you can tune in virtually or catch-up on-demand.  #### How long are roundtables? Each roundtable will run for 45 minutes. You can stay for the full duration or drop in for as long as you like.  #### What are the dietary options available? You will be asked to submit your dietary requirements when you register for the event. All dietary requirements will be catered for, and food and drink will be clearly labelled onsite. If you need to edit your requirements at any point pre-event, please email unite@unily.com.  #### Will catering be available at the party? Yes, food and drinks will be served.  #### Privacy Please note that Unite 25 will be filmed and photographed.   #### Accessibility We want to make sure everyone feels welcome and included at Unite 25. Please email unite@unily.com if you have any accessibility requirements we can assist with. All correspondence is confidential.  #### Coat check Bulky bags? Umbrellas? Don’t worry. You can stash those at our coat and bag check on arrival. #### Lost and found Leave something behind? Reach out to unite@unily.com and we’ll do our best to help locate your missing item. #### How do I join with an online ticket? Access the online experience using the link that was sent to you in your confirmation email. While only select sessions are streaming live, every session will be available to watch on-demand as soon as possible. View the online agenda to see what sessions will be shown live. #### How can I ensure the best viewing experience? Streaming quality will adjust according to your devices’ bandwidth, so make sure your connection is strong!
