Uniting a global workforce: a new intranet for a new era

Unily, a leading enterprise digital workplace provider, is proud to announce a contract to provide Baker Hughes, an energy technology company, with a world-class intranet solution that will grow and change with the company as it delivers on its strategy to develop and deploy technologies to take energy forward.

Now, more than ever, employees need a collaboration hub that provides easy access to the resources and tools they need to deliver. Baker Hughes will use Unily’s award-winning employee experience platform to develop an intranet that it will use internally to unite its global workforce and drive engagement and efficiency across any of its employees’ devices, anywhere.

The company’s new social intranet is being provided to cultivate communications and connectivity across its employees working in more than 120 countries. In addition to facilitating collaboration, the new solution is designed to offer every employee an optimized digital experience through personalization, best-in-breed app integration, content targeting, and advanced search capabilities.

Amidst a period of rapid change, Baker Hughes sought a new intranet solution to help unify its global workforce.
