Crayola upgrades employee experience with Unily
Unily, a leading enterprise digital workplace provider, is proud to announce a partnership with Crayola, the worldwide leader in children's creative expression products, to launch a next-generation intranet and digital signage solution, complete with mobile app.
Crayola will use Unily’s award-winning digital workplace platform to optimize internal communications with a feature-rich intranet solution that will connect desk-workers and frontline manufacturing employees alike.
The enterprise’s new intranet will serve as the home for Crayola’s impassioned culture, delivering rich communications, translated into four languages, to a 2,000-strong international workforce. As well as streamlining internal communications, the new solution will act as a launchpad to the digital workplace, providing every employee with access to the knowledge, resources and business systems they need to perform their roles from anywhere.
Connecting head office and frontline with digital signage
The digital signage solution will connect employees based in Crayola’s Pennsylvania manufacturing facilities with internal communications, providing a connection to the company culture, activities, and business information for traditionally ‘hard-to-reach' employees.
Crayola, who previously utilized an electronic bulletin board system before moving to a digital signage service provider, can finally take this process in-house. Due to Unily’s vast configuration abilities, Crayola’s new platform will simultaneously satisfy digital signage needs while serving as a full-functioning intranet, leading to a savings in both cost and time. The solution will also house video updates, important information about new products, and a designated Conversations section to drive collaboration and connectivity.
