Dormakaba to share global intranet on-boarding and launch story at IntraTeam

We are delighted that Unily customer, dormakaba, will be presenting their story at the event with Adrian Gagala, Group IT – Lead Digital Employee Solution, discussing the initial strategy and launch of their social intranet in 2015 to engage 10,000 global employees. With the platform chosen as 1 of the 10 Best Intranets in the World in 2016 by user experience firm, the Nielsen Norman Group – this is a session not to miss!
What will the session cover?
The session will explore how the security and access solution specialists were able to quickly and successfully on-board 10,000 employees to the new dormakaba social intranet, based on Unily, after a company merger.
Three years into the new platform, Gagala will discuss how the intranet has helped to drive value for employees and how the platform has adapted and changed as business needs have developed.
With insight into what the company learnt from the process and how they have prepared the organisation for the future of work, Gagala will explain how the intranet provides holistic and seamless collaboration and communication opportunities for employees any place and any time.
