As part of your subscription, our customer success team work with you pre-launch and after to ensure your people directory is comprehensive, ensuring an optimum search experience for users. We start by carrying out a data evaluation, removing service accounts and non-user email addresses to ensure your data is as clean as possible. For Hub users, we then work with you to sync across relevant profiles from SharePoint Online's user profile service into the Unily directory. We also work on your profile governance strategy, determining which fields should be editable by the user and which should be read-only. After launch, we will ensure you are efficiently setup to govern your user base and manage their permissions. It is this extensive post-deployment support makes the difference to adoption.
