Unily would be nothing without its dedicated customer success services to ensure you get the most out of your investment. As part of your subscription, our customer success team work with you pre-launch and after to ensure your people directory is comprehensive, ensuring an optimum search experience for users. We start by carrying out a data evaluation, removing service accounts and non-user email addresses to ensure your data is as clean as possible. For Hub users, we then work with you to sync across relevant profiles from SharePoint Online's user profile service into the Unily directory. We also work on your profile governance strategy, determining which fields should be editable by the user and which should be read-only. After launch, we will ensure you are efficiently setup to govern your user base and manage their permissions. It is this extensive post-deployment support makes the difference to adoption.

Unily provides rich, easy to edit profiles for every user, displaying information on location, skills, language, experience, insights published, documents worked on and badges awarded. For Office 365 users, Unily profiles sync seamlessly with SharePoint Online meaning data is always up to date. For non-Office 365 users, information can sync with Azure Active Directory.

Unily Hub and Engage. What do you get?

Unily has two unique licensing models designed to address the needs of your specific worker profiles. Unily Hub is our Office 365 integrated solution for those employees who require full access to collaboration and productivity tools, while Unily Engage is available for users who may not require an Office 365 account, such as those working off-site in a warehouse environment. The People Directory experience for Hub and Engage users is almost identical, however Unily Hub users have the additional capability of Skype for Business integration.
