The Saints’ team set out with some clear objectives for Team Talk Live; to improve employee engagement, increase leadership visibility and reduce time taken to complete simple tasks. Six months since launch, they’ve had some brilliant results with 98% of unique users regularly log into the platform, beating their goal of 70% and 10% of users accessing the mobile app on a regular basis. The communications team also beat their goal of publishing 40 stories in 8 weeks, publishing 61.
