Poor search capability and lack of relevant results is a common complaint for employees looking for knowledge across an intranet. Penspen’s new intranet improves this in two ways. Firstly, the intranet introduces a new global search, enabling employees to search on keywords with results across People, Sites, Documents and Articles and more. As well as this, Penspen’s Knowledge Manager is adopting a pragmatic approach, helping people to discover what they don’t already know, rather than expecting them to search for specific items.
